Gore urges more stupidity

"If you're a young person looking at the future of this planet and looking at what is being done right now, and not done, I believe we have reached the stage where it is time for civil disobedience to prevent the construction of new coal plants that do not have carbon capture and sequestration," Gore told the Clinton Global Initiative gathering to loud applause.

Wow #1: Gore can still get a speaking gig.

Wow #2: People applaud him like they are listening.

Wow #3: He just told young people they should break the law.

It's clear that Algore's carbon footprint has gotten quite a bit heavier since he left office...

Forget Algore, http://www.pickensplan.com/

I have a friend who is critical of TBP's plan because he stands to make money from it. I say: Who cares? If the plan makes sense and reduces our dependence on foreign oil, go with it.

So, in order, we ought to 1) Drill, 2) Build NG refueling stations, 3) Wind farms & 4) Nukes for the grid.

Now, let's let those who invest at-risk capital to build the windfarms and gas pipelines reap the rewards, but don't guarantee them profits - no bailouts.
