I have a question. I don't want to be racist. I'm not racist. I have no reason to be racist. One's skin color makes no more difference to me than one's eye color. The question is: would the black people who are voting for Obama vote for him if he were not half black?

I think the argument possibly can also be framed in the terms: "Is he not also half not-black?"
Personally, I am half not-black, one-eighth not-Hispanic, one-eighth not-Italian, one-eighth not-Asian. The other one-eighth is shared by Irish, English, Scottish, German, French Jew, and Native American (How! How? Why not?) It's pretty busy in that last eighth!
Another way to say that is
"Can you give me one Legislative accomplishment Barack Obama has made which qualifies him to be president?"
Didn't think so.
What I'm wondering is, does he realize that he may become president only because he is half black??? And do the people voting for him because he is half black realize what they are doing????
