These are his remarks: Although I felt guilty for imposing on a very private moment, I snapped this pic in Arlington National Cemetery in February 2012 to remind me of the sacrifices made by men and women in uniform throughout our nation's history. No idea who this vet is or who he mourns, but to him and all who serve...thank you.
