Do you ever feel like this is really just an episode of the Twilight Zone that we are living? Surely this can't be really happening. I just went to a favorite news site and thought I was going to lose my mind. Please tell me these headlines are not real:

I'm not wanting to alarm anyone but...we're doomed. Seriously, no country can keep on rowing furiously toward the falls without pretty soon going over. It started with family and marriage being replaced with entertainment. That led to a greed mentality which led to an "I deserve it" mentality (Occupy Wall St.) which is leading to an economic collapse.
I'm not a very dramatic person but I do want to be prepared. I'm not going down without a fight and I'm not going down without telling everybody that will listen about how to have a life-changing relationship with Jesus because that is the ONLY way this country will turn around. We read or hear the news and just shake our heads - can you imagine His reaction - seeing even the stuff that we don't ever know about?
And yet, in the midst of our jacked-up-edness, He came into our world, lived among us, was despised and rejected, and died at our hands to redeem all those before and after.
