What does she mean?
I don't even understand what she meant by this. Did she just get caught up in the moment, or what because surely even Hillary doesn't believe that no woman is illegal?

I think they call that pandering. Would not be surprised if it was a softball (i.e. planted) question, to allow for the soundbite response.
