Oh, great. Now I have a blog! Now I have to take care of it every day! Writing as if everybody in the world will read it when probably nobody in the world will.
1) The world is fraught with danger. (It's hard to find good opportunities to drop in the word "fraught".) 2) I'll raise my hand! I think ET should have her marriage license revoked -- if it were a hunting license, all of the punch tabs would be used up. 3) What can I say, you are out front on a good many issues -- a born leader. But that Walter Williams guy is pretty good, too. 4) Glad to see that, if nothing else, your restlessness has resulted in a good batch of brilliant blogs (nice alliteration, eh?). Happy 40th!
Regarding the brain-eating amoebae, one must always remember, down south, to ask: "Is the water safe to breathe?" If the answer is 'no', then the best alternative is to breathe only bottled water. Hungry amoebae would be disappointed with my brain, I'm afraid, but health-conscious ones might find just enough for a light snack...
